We ship to all addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is always free.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 8–15 business days. During busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays, delivery can take a few extra days.
Holiday orders
Want it before Christmas? We recommend ordering by November 25.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Customs and duties
All prices are in US dollars. There are no extra customs fees or duties for orders delivered within the United States.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
